Bethany Crowley, LMFT, CEDS, BCN is a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified eating disorders specialist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She is the founder of The Journey Therapy and Journey Alliance, where she provides psychotherapy, supervision, consultation, and professional training.

Bethany has worked extensively with eating disorders, attachment and relational patterns, family dynamics, and developmental trauma across levels of care, including intensive outpatient settings. Her approach is integrative, drawing from relational, trauma-responsive, and skills-based frameworks to support both clients and clinicians in meaningful, ethical, and effective work.

In addition to her clinical practice, Bethany is a trainer and supervisor for pre-licensed and licensed therapists. She is the author of An Integrative Approach for Treating Eating Disorders: 9 Foundational Skills for Lasting Recovery and is known for her ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, usable understanding.
