Individual eating disorder treatment provides one-to-one support around eating patterns and the experiences beneath them. The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a more structured level of outpatient care, bringing together clinician-led groups, individual sessions, and family involvement. Your intake assessment helps shape a care plan around your needs.
