A collaborative pathway into specialized outpatient eating disorder care.

Clinical partner overview

Partnering with you in specialized recovery.

At The Journey Therapy, we view outpatient clinicians as essential, highly valued partners in long-term client healing. When you refer a client to our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), you are connecting them to a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on clinical stabilization, therapeutic meal support, and skill-building—without interrupting the vital individual relationship you have established with them.

We actively honor therapeutic continuity. Our program is designed to provide the comprehensive support your client needs while respecting the foundation you have built together.

Continued individual therapy

Clients are encouraged to continue meeting with their primary individual therapist throughout their stay in our program.

Proactive communication

With client authorization, we provide clinical updates so our therapeutic goals align with your treatment plan.

Collaborative step-down planning

As your client meets their IOP stabilization goals, we work with you to support a smooth transition back into primary care.
